Right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Unopened, sealed jars can be returned for every order. We refund the product price plus the standard delivery cost within 14 days of your withdrawal; the cost of returning the goods is for your own account.

For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed jars cannot be returned (legal exemption under Art. 6:230p Dutch Civil Code / Art. 16 EU Consumer Rights Directive).
