If you prefer a smooth, liquid texture, you can easily reliquefy your honey without damaging its natural enzymes by following these steps:
- The Warm Water Bath: Place the (tightly sealed) jar in a bowl of warm water. The water should be around 40°C (104°F).
- Stir for Speed: Every few minutes, open the jar and gently stir the honey. This helps distribute the heat evenly and speeds up the melting of the crystals.
- Monitor the Temperature: It is crucial that the honey itself does not exceed 40°C (104°F). Heating it beyond this point will destroy the unique nutrients and medicinal properties of the raw honey.
- Avoid Boiling or Microwaves: Never use boiling water or a microwave, as these methods provide uncontrolled heat that will "cook" the honey and strip it of its natural benefits.

The "Packed & Processed" Rule Once an order has been packed or processed by our fulfillment center, we are no longer able to cancel it or make any changes (such as adjusting the shipping address or product quantity).
Why can’t I cancel if my tracking says "not yet shipped"? Even if your tracking link hasn't updated yet, your order is likely already deep in our logistics chain. We work with automated fulfillment centers designed for maximum speed. Once an order is "picked and packed," it is placed inside a secured shipping container or on a pallet with thousands of other orders.
At this stage, it is physically impossible to retrieve a single box without stopping the entire shipment. Tracking numbers often only "activate" once the courier scans the entire pallet at their sorting hub, which can happen hours after your package was actually sealed.
What should I do if it’s too late to cancel? If your order is already processed, the easiest and most cost-effective solution is to refuse the package at the door when the courier attempts delivery.
